Compiler HPRR

12 kHz Picosecond DPSS Laser

Compiler HPRR is a high-pulse-repetition-rate picosecond DPSS laser designed for applications requiring increased throughput while preserving short picosecond pulses, high peak power and excellent beam quality. The system operates at up to 12,000 pulses per second and is well suited for wafer cutting, precision micro- and nanomachining, semiconductor scribing and remote sensing.
