Compiler CPS

High-Pulse-Energy Picosecond Laser Platform

Compiler CPS is a high-pulse-energy picosecond DPSS laser with wavelength-dependent pulse widths from 80 to 150 ps. The longer pulse duration provides substantially higher pulse energy: 12 mJ at 1064 nm, 6 mJ at 532 nm, 3 mJ at 355 nm, 2 mJ at 266 nm and 1 mJ at 213 nm. Each laser is supplied as a single-wavelength system selected for the customer's application; it does not generate all listed wavelengths simultaneously. At a 200 Hz repetition rate, the corresponding nominal peak powers calculated as pulse energy divided by pulse width are 80, 50, 30, 22.2 and 12.5 MW.
